      2. "Personal Data" shall mean data or Data which is related to an identified or identifiable natural person.
      3. "Merchant Portal", "Site" shall mean the website https://fincryptou.com/ or any related website, pages, contents, products, features, APIs, and mobile applications owned or operated by the Company.
      4. "Services" shall mean any use of, access to, or engage with any of the Merchant Portal.
      5. "Account" or "Wallet" shall mean the fully verified personal wallet in which you allowed to store, withdraw, send and transfer the supported digital assets.
      6. "GDPR" shall mean The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 which is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).
